Here at Ann's web site, we want you to be able to easily find a print that will do more than just fill that spot on the wall.

We want you to find an image that you can look at from time to time that takes you away from the stress of daily living to a place that brings a smile to your face, or an image that carries you away from the "real world" to a place that feels so much more real because it's so much more calm.

A place that's quiet enough that you can finally hear yourself again.

We want you to find a print that your neighbors, close friends and family will look at for a moment, and then look at a bit longer...and then tell you how remarkably engaging that print is.

In other words, we want you to have a print in your home that gives you confidence is one of the best investments you've ever made in your lifestyle.

About Ann McCarty

Ann McCarty is not one of those artists you read about who spent years at upper-crust art schools. She's simply a talented woman who has spent the past 18 years of her life teaching children with disabilities in northern Virgina. 

One of Ann's earliest paintings, however, did mark her as a talent. As you can see from the image on this page, she had ability to spare even as a girl of six years of age.

So take a look around and see if you agree with me when I say that sometimes a degree doesn't matter. If you can do the job, paperwork is secondary at best. If you can't do the job, there is no degree known to academe that can ever paper over the truth.

The truth about Ann McCarty is that she can do it, and we don't need a PhD in fine art to know it.

I should know. I married her.
